Got a Cube Stereo Hybrid One 44 a week ago and something already sounds wrong — help?

So last week I pulled the trigger on a Cube Stereo Hybrid One 44 HPC Race 800. Got it through Bike Boarder’s online shop here in Germany — the reason I went online instead of just walking into a store was a pretty solid deal, almost 600€ off the original 4400€ price. Hard to say no to that. The store is actually almost 400km away so thats why i chose to buy it via the website

First ride felt amazing… until I noticed something off. There’s this noise coming from the rear of the bike. It’s hard to describe — kind of a creak or a tick — and it only shows up when I’m riding and lean the bike slightly into a curve, left or right doesn’t matter. The weird part is it happens whether I’m actively pedaling OR just coasting. That last bit is what’s throwing me off because I assumed it would be something drivetrain-related, but apparently not?

I’ve gone over the back of the bike with my eyes and hands and nothing looks or feels loose. No wobble, nothing rattling around. But I’m clearly not the right person to be doing this inspection — this is literally my first proper bike, so my diagnostic skills are basically zero.

I’m still inside the return window but honestly I’d rather not send it back. The deal I got was too good and I don’t want to gamble on finding the same price again. My plan is to contact the store and have them fix whatever this is under warranty/guarantee, but before I do that I’d love to at least have a clue what I’m dealing with.

So — anyone with more bike knowledge than me have a guess what could cause a noise like this? Specifically one that appears on lateral lean, both pedaling and not?

Thanks in advance, really appreciate any input 🙏

Apple TV 4K 3rd gen completely laggy and remote sluggish after switching to Hisense U7Q

So I just got a Hisense U7Q like 4 days ago and the TV itself is honestly amazing, zero complaints. But my Apple TV 4K 3rd gen is driving me absolutely insane right now.

Before the Hisense I had an old Samsung LED from 2014, nothing special at all, and my Apple TV worked perfectly fine on it for years. Plugged it into the new Hisense and suddenly everything is a complete mess. The UI is super laggy, the remote feels like it's stuck in mud, there's this horrible delay between pressing a button and something actually happening. It's basically unusable.

The weird thing is literally nothing changed. Same Apple TV, same HDMI cable, I just switched TVs. So I have no idea what's going on.

Has anyone had this happen? Is this a known thing with Hisense and Apple TV? Do I just need to factory reset it or is there something in the TV settings I need to change?

Currently going insane over here because the TV is great but this is ruining the experience 😅

Hey everyone,

I’m currently building the Rastar Red Bull F1 (motorised version), and I’ve run into something I’m not sure about.

After setting up the gear function (video attached), I noticed that the two sides are moving independently from each other. Basically, each side can move separately instead of both moving together.

I’m wondering — is this normal for this model and gear setup, or did I possibly make a mistake during assembly?

If anyone else has built this version, I’d really appreciate your input!

Thanks in advance 🙂
