Did anybody in the EU actually already received their shipping notification for a Maxis airflow or maxis in general?
If yes what was your order number? my was #36XX and still haven't received any shipping notice
Hey, I want to build a UV flatbed printer to print mostly on sheet material like metal, wood, aluminum-dibond, glass and stuff like that.
I would need a printing surface of 60x60cm so the available consumer printers are to small (like the Eufy make E1 or the new Xtool Omni).
Building the mechanics is not the problem. This can be easily done with the approach of simple 3d printers like a corexy or bed slinger approach.
I clearly would need variable Z height.
But yeah that's not the problem. I guess I have most mechanical parts already at home from old 3D printers.
My biggest concern is the electronics and software stack. I haven't seen any open source project with a control board and Firma that handles the movement of XYZ and the actual print head control. Also I haven't seen something like the software stack used on something like the Eufy make printer to align prints properly and so on
Are there any diy / open source projects regarding something like this?

Ich liebäugle gerade mit einer tischkreissäge (Hikoki C10RJ). Bei der Recherche bin ich dann aber auch über den Wolfcraft master cut 2600 Tisch gestolpert.
Der Tisch hat einen Maschinenträger drin und lässt sich dann mit verschiedenen Geräten hier Handkreissäge oder Oberfräse bestücken.
Der Tisch kostet so viel wie die Hikoki, macht aber einen durchdachten Eindruck. Der Preis ist dennoch nennbatzenbwenn man bedenkt das es etwas Metall, etwas MDF und im prinzip nen Verlängerungskabel mit Schalter ist.
Der Vorteil von dem Tisch wäre das ich eh schon eine oberfräse und eine Handkreissäge habe. Damit könnte ich dann mehrere fliegen mit einer Klappe schlagen und würde zudem einiges an Platz sparen.
Hat jemand den Tisch und kann ggf. Sogar den Vergleich zur normalen TKS ziehen?
The guys from lasertree currently do run a crowdfunding campaign for their new 90w diode laser module with switching focus. So it should have optimal focus for engraving and cutting.
What do you guys think about it. Might this already be powerful enough to cut boards of hard wood in not to many passes and decent time?
Do you think it's worth to upgrade from 60w to 90w?
