I have been working from home for Deloitte India since 4 years now. My husband recently moved to US, i tried checking with my managers for the possibility of moving me to Deloitte US, but they said it’s not in the policy for Deloitte India. Now the only option i have is to visit US and work from there remotely. But my manager also told me that working from an international location is not in Deloitte policy. So if i have to go and visit my husband i need to take leaves, i tried that and after much politics they approved two weeks of leaves that too after 2 months. My US work permit will take 6-10 months, until then i don’t want to leave this job as i can’t afford that. So now if i decide to visit US and work remotely for Deloitte India, what are the chances of getting caught
