Looking at .chd roms on internet archive (via the mega thread) they all appear to be the same size as the roms you can find in .iso. For example, god of war .chd is 6.8gb, pretty much the same as .iso
I thought .chd roms were supposed to be smaller? What am I missing?
I’m looking to upgrade my Odin Lite to a new device that can play up to ps2. The analog sticks on the Lite are terrible for me - small and cheap feeling with a short throw.
What device in your opinion has the nicest analog sticks? When I think nice sticks I think sticks that are most like an actual console controller (ie Xbox).
Rp6? Flip 2? Rg477m? A newer Odin?
Going to set up my Odin Lite soon, can I use a newer set up guide, like Russ’ rp6 guide, or do I need to stick with the old one for the Lite? I figured the old guide is probably out of date and maybe not the best now.
EDIT: When I say Z1E I mean the 24gb Rog ally x (I had versions confused).
I don’t have a handheld, so starting from scratch.
Used Ally X’s on eBay look to be around $600 if you get lucky, but more realistically around $700 usd. I’ll be playing everything from snes to newer AAA titles.
SO if you’ were starting over, would you spend the extra money for the new XAX? At the very least, maybe confidence in being more future-proof?
Tried on a Navitimer 46 at the boutique a couple weeks ago and it had a tang style deployant buckle. When I go to the Breitling site to order a strap, the options are the non-deployant tang buckle or the deployant buckle that takes the straps without holes in them.
What’s the deal with the tang-style deployants? Do you have to ask a boutique specifically for them? Are they no longer available?
Purchased an Odin Lite some time ago but never used it because the ergonomics didn’t work for me.
I’m having trouble finding what they sell for these days - I’ve looked on eBay but it’s not very helpful, just found 2 for $190-$200 usd. Is this about right?
Always wanted a Navi and the time has come.
I had always planned on a 46mm stainless version with a bracelet, then getting a strap I can wear it with as well.
BUT, I tried on the rose gold 43mm and really liked it. It’s a little less flexible in terms of when I’ll wear it, but it looks damn good.
What do you all think? Which size looks/fits better? 43mm rose gold or 46mm stainless? I wouldn’t choose the larger one just because “it’s a Navitimer and it should be big” - it being a Navitimer is enough for me, regardless of size.
