How to use a mouse and an Xbox controller at the same time?

Hi, I would like to use the mouse for steering, and xbox controller for linear throttle and brake. (The joystick steering is not as good as mouse steering, but keyboard acceleration and braking are not linear)

And when I tried to use both, it only allowed one at a time. For example, when I use the controller RT/LT to accelerate/brake, the game automatically "switches" to controller mode and forcefully disables mouse steering. I have to press a keyboard key to let the game "switch" back to keyboard/mouse control.

Is there a mod or plugin to enable dual control at the same time?

Searched but no luck, so please bear with my ignorance.

When I right-click a bookmark to "manage bookmarks", a "Library" window pops up, but it never navigates to the target bookmark I just clicked.

How to make it happen?

May I customise the location/length of the "find in page" bar?

I prefer it on the top-right corner, just the textbox, or at least move the bar from the bottom to the top row.
