I'm not looking to hire anyone to build a site.
I'm also a web designer but have primarily used WordPress or other CMS platforms, but not Wix. Recently I was hired for a Wix site and it's very confusing to me. I was hoping to find someone I can just ask a few questions to! Pleaseeeee!

I was just dashing and picked up a double dash that was supposed to be like 9 miles for $11-something.
The first place I went took forever and then when I got to the second place, they were unable to find the order in the system. They said that three other Dashers had stopped by for the same order, but they never got it in their system. They told me that the other Dashers just marked it as the store couldn’t complete the order and left so I did the same thing.
At no point did it tell me how much of that 11 was for each order. When I dropped off the second one, she was at a factory and it was such a pain in the ass to get it to her.
The whole thing took me like 45 minutes. Once I delivered that order, I got exactly $2. She didn’t tip and that was all that I was given. I don’t really think it’s fair that I had to drive to that second place when it was already reported three times to be unfillable, like it was a known problem and I didn’t get paid for any of it.
Seriously like 40 minutes for two dollars. Is there anything I can do about this? I feel like I had problems before with a store not having an order and I was compensated a little bit for having to go anyways. How do I even go about reaching out to them? I’m not seeing anywhere I can type in an issue, just like FAQ style questions. I’m relatively with this still.
Also: why tf do people not just tip their Dashers?

I’ve always been very confident in my work and thought I produced some great content. But with all of the new advancements and AI, I feel like I need to enhance my skills to keep up.
I mostly do content creation for social media at this point, but what are some new tricks or programs you guys use or recommend I look into?
I know DD says they pay every Monday, but I was always getting it on Tuesday. Last week, I changed my bank account and I got paid on Wednesday that week. But it’s now Thursday and I haven’t been paid for this week.
Has anyone ever not been paid? I’m kind of freaking out that it might not come because it’s super late and I really need that money. Is there some place I can reach out to to see what’s going on?
