You post your story of cycling X years without serious crash or injury here

As an avid cyclist with two young kids, this week has been rough with the Tarling and Milligan deaths.

Let’s give each other some positivity: tell me that you’ve been cycling for X years and you’ve never had a serious injury or crash

Don’t worry: I had a shaman bless this thread so there’s no curses.

Edit: and please post what you think your keys to success and safety have been!

Realistic “training” on Bike Friday All Packa?

I’m training for various ultra cycling events and want to maintain consistency in training even when I’m traveling. I was looking at an All Packa as a nice option for taking with me on family travel instead of lugging my gravel bike in a huge hard case. I’m not expecting a super consistent road bike feel but can I realistically get 1-3 hours on all packa and feel pretty good? It would be more about getting butt time at a decent power output but no thresholds or anything like that. What could a packaged kit + All Packa weigh for travel? Thank you!

125-150 mile flat-ish routes!

Doing a 240 mile race in August in the Midwest and looking to do 1-2 100+ rides in the next couple months. Total elevation for the race is under 7k so relatively flat.

Looking for:
- least stopping as possible to simulate continuous riding
- as much gravel as possible since it’s a gravel race
- least traffic as possible

I was thinking Bay Trail loops- any other recommendations?

Specific Strava routes welcomed!
