Tips on planning

Im wanting a cute earthy neotraditional sleeve and im curious how those who have sleeves, planned it out or kinda just winged it and brought multiple tattoos together.

What's best route. I think Im going to start with a shoulder piece of a dog portrait and go from there.

Wanting earthy floral feminine vibe.

Any suggestion or tips from those who started their sleeve or have one already? (Or tattooed them) :) 😀

What would you add

Ideas to add to filler by wrists? And add on to sleeve?

Feminine, neotraditional, black and grey, fine line, pretty, floral..etc. open to other stuff than floral but will flow.

Looking for some ideas :)

(Part of my florals need shading still)
