Went to change in middle of city. Needed some cash so went to these rate exchange saw the rate was 1.25 per USD as advertised. Guy took my $100 USD didn’t tell me anything and without explaining or telling me how much I would have gotten. Then gave me back €55. I asked why only €55, he said there will be 20% fee and 10.99 charge. Like wtf is this scam? I asked to cancel my transaction he said can’t do it and if there are concerns to email their company.
