My fins

I was adjusting my fan blade placement, and my friend was helping me. I wanted to see if the placement was right and put the fan blade on without the screw and it flew off and damaged the fins. Will this need to be replaced or what can I do to get these fins straight again, I tried a fin straightening tool but it do much since the fan blade flying damaged the fins. Any advice would be helpful

Need advice

I have been working for this limousine/valet company since

  1. I started off as a valet and then eventually started

driving the limousines. The owner was the type to yell at you if you did something wrong or if you pissed him off in some way. People come and go all the time at the company. Probably around 2015 or 2016, a worker came back to the company and was quickly made into a general manager since he had been there before and had a relationship with the owner. Plus he was good with computers, which the owner is not good at. During this time I am still driving limos for the company and right before that worker came back I acquired my own limousine, so I was working for the company and doing my own limo thing on the side. Since this worker that came back, let's call him, m, he didn't know how much I worked for this company and all the time, effort, and energy I wasted to make sure I was a good employee. He came in and thought he was the smartest person at everything, like he was "the brain". He didn't like me for some reason, not sure, maybe cause I'm a little chubby, maybe cause I'm a different race than him, I don't know, he just thought I was the worst chauffeur or something. When in actuality, customers loved me, my service skills were excellent, I was overall one of the better chauffeurs. So this guy M, brings his buddies that have zero experience in this kind of business to work in the office besides him. Both making a lot more money, just sitting there playing on the computers all day, bullshitting, while I'm still driving and chauffeuring. I mention to this M, hey, I've been at this company for a while now, like what's up, you are bringing in all these new people and they are getting more money than me, and I've been here all this time and I don't get any type of advancement or seniority. He says talk to the owner, but ever since M got to the company, M is the one making all the decisions, it's not really the owner anymore. So now it's 2026, I still work for this company and I'm still a chauffeur, and numerous new people come in and get the plush office jobs with better pay, while I'm still in the same position for the last 16 years. Like I know I should have left a long time ago, but is this like discrimination? Is it just cause M is a hater? This job has given me so much PTSD, from being yelled at by the owner so many times, being overworked and underplayed all these years, and just generally feeling like I've been getting

bullied and punked at this fuckin job all these years, SMH

Seriously how do you do it?

How do people stand there at the same spot for hours and hours, through 3 or 4 different artists or sometimes even the whole night standing and dancing at the same spot. From the waters, alcohol, molly, and everything else, I have to use the bathroom a bunch, but some people just stay at same spot without having to use the restroom or anything, WTF? And I know about those secret pee things, but are people really using those or do they have super virgin bladders that can hold their pee all night long???
