Good morning cinema sleuths. I need help finding a movie I remember from my childhood. It had a young boy like the kid from never ending story going against some sort of witch or dark queen who was dressed in black with pale skin. At some point or another there’s a scene with some sort of electrical machine that throws a lot of sparks.
Edit: I forgot to mention that this movie was live action and from the 80s or 90s.
The only scene I remember from this movie was some sort of torture scene.
A guy is restrained to a chair in some sort of lab. One guy forced some sort of metal funnel or tube into his mouth and another guy is threatening him with a hypodermic syringe against his neck. One last guy starts approaching him with a beaker full of some sort of chemical that they’re going to pour down his throat.
I’ve been trying to figure out a game I loved playing in the arcades of Disney world in the early and mid 90s. It was like whack a mole except instead of being mechanical with the foam hammer, it was a grid of buttons with a video screen. I remember for the boss levels you had to spam the buttons to get as many points as possible.
The art was done anime style I think.
