Shower controls in new master bath are loose. Plumber or contractor?

We are purchasing a new house and the inspector showed me this shower control in the master bath that is quite loose and floppy. It looks like the previous owners just tried to caulk it in place, but that is not holding any more and the control and shower head can be moved around by the handle. I suspect this needs to be strapped down somehow in the wall. Is this a question for a plumber or a general contractor? Can the handle and cover be removed to give enough access to strap the valve and/pr pipes? We are taking another look next week and I just want to know who to call for a consult. Painters are coming as well, so if we have to cut into any walls, patch, and repaint, now is the time!

Avoid Sunstrong like the plague

To anyone thinking of getting solar: absolutely do not use any company that uses Sunstrong for leases, PPAs, or loans to service the equipment. Also, avoid SolarEdge inverters if you can. I was unfortunate to be a Sunnova customer who paid off his loan in full before they went bankrupt and now Sunstrong is not honoring warranty support. I did finally get Sunstrong to replace our failed Solaredge inverter (after 7 months) but they never activated the cell modem in it so we have not been getting any monitoring. Now they are claiming they can't support me and I need to get a third party installer to service the inverter and fix their mistake. So now I am warning people against this company, filing a BBB complaint, contacting my state attorney general's office, and have reached out to a law firm that is starting to build a potential class action lawsuit against Sunstrong.

Looking for painter, plumber, and/or general contractor for Georgetown home

Hello all. We are closing on a house in Georgetown in late August and are hoping to do a little work before we move in. We are looking to paint almost all of the rooms and need some minor plumbing work done (fixing an outdoor shower). I know Georgetown is not technically the North Shore, but can anyone recommend a painter, plumber, and/or general contractor that works in the area? TIA

Sewer clean out dripping seller claims its just oakum weeping oils

We are buying a house and our inspector flagged that the sewer pipe clean out was dripping. We received from the sellers' representative that "it is not leaking, family are licensed plumbers and explain it’s the lead and Oakum joint after a period of time, the Oakum releases its oil and causes this, it’s not a sewage or plumbing leak." Is this accurate or are they full of...oakum? Even if it is accurate and it is not leaking sewage, does this indicate that something needs to be addressed?

(MA) Inspector couldn't access main panel. What should we ask from sellers?

We put an offer on a home and just got the inspection. When trying to inspect the main panel, the inspector couldn't remove the main (Westinghouse) panel cover in a finished basement due to lack of clearance and not having a socket set on him. I am fairly certain this is not to code and a safety hazard. What degree of repair and/or credit should we be requesting from the sellers? Cut the the wall to restore access and refinish it? Move (and replace?) the panel? TIA

EDIT: Thank you all for the useful advice and the check of my attitude. I apologize if I came across as desperate and wanting to fleece the sellers. We are currently also selling our home and feel like some of the buyers' requests were kind of petty and/or misinformed. I am a little disappointed in our inspector. There are, indeed, many other indications of questionable electrical work. This report came in at 10 pm last night and we need to finalize the purchase and sale agreement today. We really want the house, are not trying to be petty assholes, and just want to make sure things are safe and we're not taking on any unreasonable expenses.
