Always wanted a chrome style tattoo and decided to tattoo Cooler in a "what if" look. The reference I showed my artist is from the S.H Figuarts action figure of Cooler.

I came across this m4rket p lace. 2 5 0 0. Just wanted to know if it's a good de4l, or should I h4ggle? I do want to be able to play modern games, emulated games, run mods, and work with 3d programs like blender. Also have planned to use a 3d printer. This would be my first PC and I'm basically looking for longevity with running games, and easy functionality with 3d programs.
