I paid for Seel worry free returns. Item is perfect condition but doesn't fit, so I filed a claim through seel. Posh is still asking me to rate. This is opposite of mercari. Just wanted a gut check as none of their FAQ mentions this aspect! Thanks.

I have seen a bunch of posts about people being charged for cancelled treatments and people saying they can't delete their card info without putting a new one in.

I have no idea how but I just went into my account and simply deleted my card info. I didn't need to put anything new. Maybe because I have cancelled all my treatments? I'm not sure.

I'm wondering if others can do this too? Give it a shot if you're worried.
