L is real 2401

For those who remember this 30 year old mystery: N64 IGN64 IGN have finally decided to pay out the bounty they offered in 1996 for proof Luigi was in the original Mario 64. This article tells the tale and it's all thanks to those darn pesky Nintendo leaks letting the source code out into the wild.

What'd make a good horror movie -> stage play?

Everyone got wowed by the Paranormal Activity stage play. Having just watched Obsession I was wondering whether that would convert to a stage play and I think... maybe? I'm thinking the biggest sticking point would be the subtleties of the acting wouldn't be clear enough to a theatre audience.

Oddity, though, I think could work incredibly well? The main part of the story takes place in a single location with lots of back and forth across what would be the set and it doesn't rely too much on special effects or small details that would be hard to convey. Assuming there was someone willing to sit very still on stage for a long time.

I'm sure there's lots of others that would be a good fit, whether because they're already almost plays or because it could go all in on something to make it work really well on stage (like the Paranormal Activity house cross-section set).

So I'm wondering what other horror movies people think would make good plays?

I figure this is a good place to ask!

JA2 : Tutorials/links/editors for creating user content?

I'm interested in creating custom content for Jagged Alliance 2 (I'm playing Stracciatella, but would switch to other versions if that makes things easier / more compatible). Sadly, the map editor included with it doesn't seem to work.

I'd really love to be able to make maps, tilesets, new mercs, guns, items, or do a bit of scripting. Whatever is out there! I've tinkered with other games, but never with JA2 despite loving the game.

Does anyone have any useful links, editors, or tutorials on getting started? What sort of stuff is possible without having to dive into the game's code and start modding it for real?

Zairoo - Pan-African Steampunk Fantasy

I hope this is relevant enough to the sub, since we get the occasional TTRPG post lately and some people might be interested, cos it looks freakin' cool.
