Will adding some equipped bench detract from classic full power training?

I'm thinking about dipping my toes into equipped lifting for bench only, but I want to make sure I'm still maximising my classic SBD lifts.

Does anyone have any insight into whether training equipped bench once a week or so would impact classic lifting (probably mainly classic bench)? Or would there possibly be a net positive impact?

How would you add this to your program?

How to avoid a slump at the weekend?

I work from home, I have a well-paid job and my hours aren't very demanding. But yet, by the weekend, I feel SO tired.

There are things I would like to do (like make some edits on a manuscript I've been writing) but by the time the weekend comes all I want to do is sleep.

I can do small jobs, like cooking, housework and grocery shopping but I can't do anything that requires brainpower.

How can I get out of this slump and be able to use my brain during the weekends?

Recommendation for swimming places for dogs?

I have a 9 month old border collie and would love to introduce her to swimming in a controlled environment. We live in north Leeds and the closest place I can find is in Pontefract which would be a 30 min drive. She gets motion sick in the car and I don't think she'd be up for swimming after half an hour in the car!

Can anyone recommend anywhere closer to north Leeds?

If you see something obstructing on the motorway, who are you supposed to report it to?

I passed my test about a year ago and have seen a lot of stuff on the motorway. If you see something like a lorry dropping loads of crap all over the motorway, or someone stranded in the middle lane, are you supposed to report it and who to?

I guess my question is what are you supposed to report, how and who to?

I guess most people just keep driving and forget about it 5 seconds later
