Rec for RE in NYC experienced in severe endo complications? (+TTC <3 years after last lap)

Hello! To preface, I know this question has likely been asked around before (and I have searched) but my circumstances are relatively more discrete so I am seeking advice for my specific circumstance.

I am looking for a RE recommendation in the NY area (NYC if possible). For backround, I have/had endometriosis and adeno for over ten years. I have had multiple surgeries over the years (all with well known specialists) and it was very severe (Stage 4/DIE/ frozen pelvis/multiple organ involvement). It has been three years since my last surgery with no success although also no pain for the first time, despite my very qualified surgeon expecting I would have no issue conceiving and my hormone levels being sufficient.
I have met with several RE's to discuss the IVF process but have not been impressed yet, especially with their knowledge of endo. I think there's some confusion with the garden variety RE's where once you get a lap you should be good to go, which obviously is not the case especially for those of us with severe endo who have had it for longer. A lot of the recs online I see are from people who are just diagnosed which is great, but I have extensive complications from the disease which no one has yet to fully appreciate.

Does anyone have a recommendation of a doctor who is actually proficient and experienced in this area? Any success stories would be appreciated too. Thank you<3

Potential Weird Massage Experience??

Hello everyone. I had a bit of a weird experience last night and am curious to see what more people make about this.
I was treated to a massage as a gift at a certain ~upscale spa~ in Manhattan, which Ive been to before and absolutely loved it. However my experience last night was VASTLY different and I left feeling a little off. The massage is targeted towards relieving muscle pain.
As I carry extreme shoulder/neck tension, I had noted on my intake that I prefer to focus on my upper body and not to focus on lower body or hands/feet. I had completed the same intake instructions as before my last massage as well, which went great.
This time, my appointment was with a man, which Ive had men for many massages with no issue so I thought nothing of it. Before my service, he confirmed he read my intake form and I reiterated that I have a ton of shoulder/neck tension and overall wanted to focus on upper body and not lower body work.
I will say I have gotten MANY a massage in my life as a chronic pain girlie but I've never really experienced anything like my appointment last night. Im not exaggerating when I say nearly the entire appointment was my feet? I know SOME time spent on the feet is normal but I swear I have never had my feet touched that much even when getting a pedicure massage.
To give a brief description, after around a little less than the first ten minutes, the entire remainder of my session was my feet (both when I was facing down and up). At first I was thinking maybe he didn't think feet were lower body but he certainly didn't massage my hands as requested also. I kept thinking it would stop but it wasn't until the last few minutes when he returned to my head to do the closing session brief scalp massage and closing I realized my entire session was devoted to my feet. Edit to add: For more details I thought it was weird my feet were uncovered at all times and noticed some like heavy breathing sounds? But felt like I was overreacting and I could just be reading into things too much because of the overall not great experience. I don't know how to describe it but it just felt like a lot of small things that could well be harmless mistakes but added up to make me feel sort of weird inside when I left (but again I am a sensitive person so Im worried I'm misreading).
I don't like to jump to conclusions or read into things especially with things like this and its totally possible he was just inexperienced or new- but I also just cant stop overthinking about how weird it was regardless.
I just wanted to hear if anyone had any thoughts about this or if anyone has ever experienced anything similar. (And yes Im speaking with management regardless and yes I should have spoken up!).

Hello! I have been diagnosed with endo for 10+ years (by laparoscopy) but have been dealing with a strange new symptom which has arisen in the past two years. For around two days before my period and around one to two days of my period, I bleed from my ear. Its only my right ear. My doctor (endo expert) as well as my neurologist sort of brushed it off as just a "pms" symptom but Im wondering it anyone has experienced the same thing before.
My ear bleeds on the side (the right side) I have migraines (with aura) on if thats helpful. I also suffered from a TBI four years ago. If anyone has experienced this or has any recommendations for me please let me know!

Hello everyone! I am looking for a makeup artist for a special event (not a wedding!!) three weeks away. (Somewhat last minute, I know). I have been looking everywhere, but struggling to find non bridal makeup services other than glamsquad. However, I would much rather support a small business/ independent artist. Also, I prefer to see an artists portfolio first as a cool toned pale girl who loves full glam but fears being turned orange lol.

Budget is not an issue. I would prefer someone who can make a house visit or with a location in Manhattan.

Thank you and please let me know if you have any recs!
