Social Anxiety and Substances
Okay real talk. Anyone here experience social anxiety or have an unhealthy attachment to substances? (i.e caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, weed ect).
If you overcame social anxiety and substance abuse, how did you do it?
I have an unhealthy attachment to caffeine and I think it makes my anxiety worse. I’ve also said I want to quit both caffeine and alcohol but have yet to do it..
