I'm looking for the best current AI workflow/model to create a series of short, premium promotional videos for a new real estate platform.

The goal is to produce around 15–20 different ads, each about 15–30 seconds long, mainly for Instagram/Facebook Reels and other social media.

I'm NOT looking for talking avatars. I want something closer to a professionally produced real estate brand commercial:

• cinematic shots of apartments, houses, land and coastal properties
• premium/high-end commercial look
• good transitions and consistent visual style
• clean text overlays integrated into the video
• ideally AI voiceover as well
• 9:16 format
• each video should feel like an actual brand campaign, not random AI-generated clips stitched together

I can add the actual logo, URL and final CTA myself in CapCut, so the AI doesn't need to generate the branding correctly.

I've already experimented with Runway, including multi-shot prompting, but the result was pretty disappointing. It looked more like generic AI footage than a polished real estate advertisement.

I'm open to generating individual scenes and assembling them afterward if that's currently the better approach. Quality matters much more than having everything generated with one click.

Which model/tool would you use right now for this? Veo, Kling, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Seedance, or something else?

Also, would you recommend:

A) one prompt generating the complete 15–30 sec commercial
B) generating 3–5 individual scenes and editing them together
C) image-to-video using prepared real estate images
D) another workflow entirely

I'm especially interested in the prompting/workflow you would use to keep 15–20 videos visually consistent and premium.

If you've actually created AI ads for real estate, automotive, hospitality or another premium brand, I'd love to hear which model and workflow gave you the best results.

Salam everyone,

I hope this type of post is okay here. I will not share any external links publicly because I do not want to break the community rules.

After several visits i have developed a strong connection with Morocco. I’m currently thinking/preparing a long-term social media project focused on exploring Morocco, its culture, people, food, traditions, and lesser-known places.

The vision also includes entertaining challenges, authentic human stories, respectfully supporting children and elderly people, and occasionally helping small local businesses, street interviews and and and.... The goal is to build a recognizable media brand and sustainable business, not just produce a few random travel videos.

I’m looking for one or two ambitious Morocco-based people who understand content, social media, storytelling, business, or video production and would seriously consider building this together.

This is not a job offer. I’m looking for potential founding partners who would share the work, responsibilities, ideas, decisions, and an agreed initial investment together. Everything would be discussed transparently before making any commitment ofcourse.

If you are interested, or know someone who might fit this vision, feel free to send me a private message. I can then share a short introduction and, after an initial conversation, the complete partnership proposal.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Faruk

Hey everyone,

I'm launching a new short-form content project across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

The Concept: The niche is learning Arabic with my wife. The main spoken language is English. The dynamic is fun, relatable, and authentic.

Why I'm looking for a partner: To be completely upfront: I'm not skilled at video editing/cutting, and I don't want to burn all the launch budget on upfront agency fees before monetization kicks in. Since i have more experience in digital marketing, instead, I am investing my budget and energy directly into marketing, targeted boosting, and content planning to kickstart audience growth and traction fast.

I believe this concept has massive viral potential, and I want to find an ambitious partner/editor to build this long-term story together.

What I'm looking for:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge in CapCut or other software.
• Ability to handle 2-3 short reels per week (30–45s raw clips).
• Good communication and reliability.

The Deal & Roadmap:

• Phase 1 (Launch): Minimal token fee/compensation per batch while we build momentum.
• Phase 2 (Growth & Monetization): Fair Revenue Share (percentage of AdSense, Creator Rewards, brand sponsorships, and paid deals) backed by a clear agreement/contract.
• I am 100% open to hopping on Microsoft Teams / Video Call to introduce ourselves, discuss expectations, and draft a fair deal so both sides benefit equally.

I completely respect that most editors are looking for full upfront rates right now, but if you're open to building something together from the ground up on minimal rates, let's talk.

If you know your way around CapCut, want a strong case study for your portfolio, and want to team up on a project with serious growth potential, send me a DM (or share this with someone who might be interested)!

Feel free to drop a link to some of your shorts/reels just so I can get a feel for your editing style.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a creator or prompt engineer to help me with a quick paid task for an upcoming video. I am creating a comparison between AI-generated websites and professionally coded ones.

To be honest, I’m not really into this "vibe coding" / prompt-only approach myself, but I want to show my audience how people are quickly spinning up these cheap sites with just a few prompts to compare the actual workflow.

**What I need:**

* A high-quality screen recording of you building a simple website aniamtion is also welcome is not a must. if u are pro with promopts everything is welcome.

* The site should have 3-4 lp, a working contact form, and some smooth motion/spinning animations. (Lorem Ipsum content is completely fine).

* You must build this using **strictly 5 prompts or fewer**.

* You must use the **paid/premium version** of an AI tool like **Lovable** or **Bolt** so the video showcases the premium speed and visual quality.

**Important:**

I do not need you to send me any code, design files, or the actual deployed site. I literally just need the raw, high-quality screen recording of your entire process—from the very first prompt to the finished page.

This is a paid collaboration. Please comment below with your experience and ur price, and I will message you directly to discuss details! Thank you.

Hi everyone, dont rly know if this would be right way to ask if not, just delete the post.

I’m experimenting with AI-generated websites with professionally coded ones. To be honest, I’m not really into this "vibe coding" / prompt-only approach myself, but I’d love to see how others actually make those cheap sites with just a few prompts to compare the workflow.

I’m looking for an experienced prompt engineer who can show me how to build a simple, website or also with some flow (can just be Lorem Ipsum) using strictly 5 prompts or fewer.

Important details:

• You must use the paid version of an AI tool like Lovable or Bolt or similar so we can see the full capability and a clean visual result.
• I do not need you to send me any code, files, or the actual site. I only need a high-quality screen recording of your entire process from the first prompt to the finished page.

I am absolutely ready to pay for your time and this recording.

Please leave a comment below first with a price range, and I will message you directly if you're interested in a quick collaboration!
