Hello, I want to start working out for the first time in my life. I am 19 years old, 6’ and 180 lbs, however i have barely any muscle so i appear a little chubby. I have already tried to start working out, however i haven’t been able to find a routine, as there is so much contradictory information out there. I am also bad at the exercises i have done. I have access to two dumbbells that can be any weight from 5 pounds to 20 pounds! Let me know what other info might be needed and if yall need body pics. I do want to focus mostly chest and abs, as that is where most of the fat is
It wouldn’t make sense in so many ways to trade rudy for jaylen. We would be adding another score first combo guard, which is every single guard that we have. The fit wouldn’t work as ant or jaylen would have to fill pg. Also, Jaylen is on a bad contract and has his stats boosted by a season with no tatum. Now, i would be happy trading gobert in a three team deal, however we would need good returns
