Extensão Air Fryer

Boa tarde.

Obrigado.

My girlfriend was newly diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.

My girlfriend was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.

Since the day she had her colonoscopy, she has been taking mesalazine, specifically 1 g rectal foam and 1 g oral tablets daily, as prescribed by her doctor.
Fortunately, she has responded very well to the treatment. About two weeks after starting the medication, she stopped having mucus and blood in her stools, and at the moment she is no longer experiencing those symptoms.

We are planning to have children in the future, so we would like to know more about how ulcerative colitis and its treatment may affect fertility, pregnancy, and the baby’s health.

For those who have been through a similar situation, what advice would you give? Are there any particular precautions to take before trying to conceive? Are there any foods, medications, habits, or other things that should be avoided?

Any personal experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

How long have you had symptoms for?

**Hi everyone! I wanted to share my current lower back issue to see if anyone has experienced something similar and to get your thoughts.**

About 6 days ago, I lifted a heavy piece of furniture. Right after putting it down, I only felt a very mild discomfort in my lower back. At the time, I could even bend forward to touch my toes with zero pain or tingling in my feet. My strength was (and still is) at 100% — I can easily walk on my toes and heels without any issues.
However, since then, I've developed the following symptoms:

**No leg pain:** I have absolutely no pain radiating down my thigh or leg, and no weakness.

**Morning stiffness:** I wake up with a stiff lower back, but it eases up as I move around in the morning.

**Pain when sitting:** During the day, my lower back hurts mostly when I am sitting down.

**Mild foot tingling:** I get a very mild "electric" sensation in my foot, but **only in two specific situations:** if I do the straight leg raise test (Lasègue) or if I bend my torso forward. Otherwise, I feel nothing.

For now, my focus is on staying active with daily walks, which feel great. I'm just using that mild electric feeling in my foot as a warning sign to force myself to keep a good posture and avoid bad movements.

**My question for you is:**
Has anyone gone through a similar episode after lifting something heavy? Starting with mild discomfort, then getting back pain while sitting, and only feeling mild nerve tingles in the foot during very specific movements (bending over or straight leg raise)? How long did it take for your symptoms to completely go away? Any recovery tips that helped you?
Thanks for your help!
