Need help getting away from AT&T postpaid in a very rural area

Hi - I have had AT&T postpaid for a few years now and am tired of the high prices. My partner and I both want to get on a prepaid plan again. We are very rural. Five years ago I would have said we had to be on AT&T, but I'm on a Visible free trial and I'm finding that Verizon coverage is good in some spots where AT&T is nonexistent, but the reverse is true, too--in some places AT&T covers and Verizon has nothing, or AT&T is much faster. T-mobile is great where it exists, but coverage is much more sparse, so they aren't a real contender.

Couple of factors: we have two relatively new iPhones (13 and a 14 Pro) and plan to ditch them for Pixel 8s or 9s soon. And, we can't afford to do yearly right now.

So I was thinking about US Mobile's Unlimited Starter plan with the Multi-Network add-on. I don't fully understand deprioritized data even after reading a lot here. We barely use data--maybe 2GB a month each. We're almost always on Wifi or just getting texts or doing light surfing while on cellular. Is the QCI9 that comes with Starter going to be useless for us if we do need cellular when we're in the big city a few times a year?

Any other plans we should consider?

Thanks for your help.

BPPV, went to ER

Hi I had onset of BPPV yesterday morning rolling from my right side to center / sitting up. Had severe nausea and cold sweats after. Milder spins with head position changes after that. Tried to drink a lot and rest, but went to the ER today.

They said they knew what they were doing but the Dix Hallpike was only mildly positive for nystagmus. They did once and I didn't get the spins at all during it. while there I made my bed horizontal and rolled from left to center and center to right and right back to center. I confirmed that I would get mild spins doing those movements. They said they modified the Dix Hallpike and Epley slightly because I have mild craniocervical instability from hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

They did diagnose BPPV, did bloodwork, an EKG, and a CT scan. Gave me a referral to physical therapy. I also got a bag of fluids, which seemed to help. I had had residual nausea and dizziness all day yesterday and I finally felt better after this.

I came home and it felt like things got worse again. I couldn't really move while lying down even carefully without getting some spins. But they were mild and I was able to pay through them and not have them cause any nausea.

So then, I decided I would try the barbecue maneuver. I did the rotation starting lying on my right side, turning to the center. This was the position that previously had given me the worst spins. I didn't have spins hardly at all this time. But then when I went from on my elbows to the right side again, I had the most violent spins reoccur.
and then just like yesterday, I had horrible cold sweat come over my entire body and nearly threw up and was very nauseous for quite a while. That has subsided again, but now I am still just slightly nauseous like yesterday. The instructions I have said to repeat the barbecue roll maneuver, but I'm not going to do it again. I have been sitting propped up for about an hour now.

Can anyone help with what I should do next if anything? I mean, obviously tomorrow morning I will call PT and see if I can get in with a vestibular specialist as soon as possible. What does it mean that I had the violent spins at the last roll? Does that mean that the crystals were going back in or did I make it worse?

Help identifying Necchi model

Sorry the pic is blurry...it just is. Is this a Miranda? Nora? Are parts for these available? All the Necchis I see online, the dial on the left that I assume is the tension, is a solid cream color, not with a dark ring like this one. I can see the pedal/wire is old, and I am already having to replace wiring and possibly motors on a couple vintage Singers I have - will I be able to find a replacement for this model? Thanks in advance. It's for sale but I have to go see it (Tuesday), I can't ask the seller any questions.
