Denied claim for missing eBay sale?
UPDATE: and of course....the package was JUST marked as delivered. After I refunded the buyer. Fuck USPS.
A sale from eBay I shipped out stopped tracking 2 months ago, no delivery. I submitted a missing mail search, still have not heard back weeks later. So I submitted a claim for the insurance which was denied. It seems that screenshots of the sale, payment, sender and buyer were not sufficient proof. Does anyone know what they’re looking for as proof of value from third party platforms?
