For those who dont mind a trans muscle mommy :p
Last ones a bit explicit
For context a dropped a 45lb metal plate on my toe from chest height at the gym.
Like the title said ive been to my doctor and she said to buddy tape it and take advil and aleve and thats it. She also said that the hospital wouldnt do anything and that I didnt need an xray. Is this true? Im a bodybuilder so I have alot of anxiety that it won't heal properly.
