Zombiecade is finally done..for the most part

Still need to configure bigbox some more and figure out if I can bypass steam for certain games as I am trying to keep the cabinet offline. Need to finish programming LED blinky as well. Either way, not bad for my first cab.

To get a clean fit, do i have to remove the monitor bezel?

So I just damaged the monitor I was going to use for my arcade project, while trying to remove the bezel. Sucks..but it is what it is. Going to get on fb market and ebay to try and but a "cheap" replacement. Any tips on how to remove the bezel so I dont keep wasting money? Is it even needed? I don't want to see the bezel when playing, so I can only imagine I have no choice but to try and remove it again.

Control Panel Maintenance Ideas?

Finally made some progress on my arcade currently working on control panel and trying to think of how I would access for maintenance purpose. I have seen people place hinges before, but curious if others used other methods. Has anyone ever done anything with magnets? I want to be able to remove, but dont want it to come off "easily" if that makes sense.

I used iliketomakestuff plans for those curious. But didnt want all of the drawers so been winging a lot of it. First build...been fun and stressful lol.

What is growing in my St. Augustine grass?

Is it a different type of grass or a weed? Either way, how do I help the St. Augustine grass win? I'm located in Georgia, near Atlanta. In zone 8B I believe.
