I am from province and malaki na for me ang 22k base salary then 5k for licensing fee. But then I keep seeing posts na maliit daw ito for a distributing company since malaki talaga kitaan nila.
Sagot nila lahat ng trainings and seminars but will offer me a 2-year bond with them (bawal magresign). Now I’m worried na baka maging stagnant ang salary ko nang 27k.
Is it possible to ask for an increase after 6 months kapag good naman ang performance? Or it’s too early so after a year in nalang?
Btw, I’m a fresh board passer and this is my first job talaga. Although nakatry kasi ako ng online work that pays $4/hr so huhu idk. I am so lost. Kagandahan lang here is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm lang. Unlike online work na night shift siya.

im a recent board passer and i got accepted in a regulatory company. the company is relatively new (4+ years) and they lack pharmacists so if i work there, they will be using my license.
now the head pharma gave me an overview of how they would be using my license under 2 things. im not really sure how it works so please help me decide whether an additional 5k for my license is enough or i should negotiate to raise it up to 7k/8k?
