Where to source old stones?
Hi!
I've been looking at vintage rings and stones for an engagement ring and wanted to see if anyone had info on how to source old stones. I'm looking for old mine/European cut as well as emerald and pear cuts. Possibly a rose cut as well... Really depends on the stone.
But I've been having trouble finding things on my own and wondering if folks had any recs. I'm in philly and just started speaking to a jeweler so looking at what they can source as well.
I'm willing to travel to NYC as well since I'm there often enough to make it work.
Thanks for any help!

Jeweler Recs?
Anyone have any recommendations for a jeweler who would make a ring/setting for a stone I purchased elsewhere. I've heard that places are weird about this so figured I'd ask here.
Thanks!

ORIS AQUIS 36 Strap Options
Hiya!
Just bought a used aquis for my gf and the rubber strap is a bit janky. I'm looking to see if anyone has aftermarket options for the strap since it looks like they're pretty limited.
The oem replacements are hard to find and run like 250 which is a bit of a tough pill to swallow.
I'm not opposed to picking up a used one but not sure how to go about that. Her wrists are pretty small so I don't think it'll be an issue if we get one that's too small for just about anyone else!
Thanks for any advice!

Is it just me?
Or did the NBC 10 broadcast cut off and not show anything pertaining to the concert or fireworks after like 1230AM?
Was there a live feed anywhere?

Installing Midea U airconditioner
Hiya!

I'm trying to figure out how to install the midea U-AC bracket into my window and I'm a bit confused... I have these double windows and they have a lip in the front only.

Do I need to install a piece of wood in front of the lip and in the center here for the cross bars? I'm guessing I shouldn't try to install them in the window tracks.

Or do I have to settle for a hose style air conditioner because I have double windows without a wall or anything in the center?

Any help would be appreciated!

[Hiring] fashion sketch
Was at an event recently and missed a chance to get a sketch like this made.

Looking to have this style of fashion sketch made of two people together with a background if possible.

Prefer using a portal like Etsy or such for payment and completion of sale. Send me your pages and if you think you can do something like this!

Id like to get a physical product though not something created on a computer.

Thanks!
