legit question. itong mga recruiters ng cognizant, kasama sa training and ojt nila before graduating ang maghandle ng mga tao. why do they sound so young, yet so tired and fed up in their job roles? wala namang madalig trabao, kahit ikaw di mo minsan kasundo sarili mo, but wag mo nang iproject yan sa mga aplikante na nagsusubok gumawa ng 'something better' sa buhay.

i just say cognizant cos ito palang inaapplyan ko now.

recruitment is the frontline of people growth. mga importanteng resources ng kumpanya nyo bukod sa mga kliyente nyo na kami naman talaga ang gusto, naka-house lang sa 'call centre company' na binabarat nyo na nga, di nyo pa kinakausap with respect.

so im here to share my experience with colcap today. initial interview took about 30mins and behavioural questions were ^(already) included. in the initial screening.

i also mentioned one reason for my resignation was 'medical' and she probed further, and towards the end of the interview gave feedback that i was vague in answering some questions.

• been in the business since 2021
• longest employee tenure is 3yrs
