Traveling to your beautiful state - can I bring this?

I know that you guys have unfortunately had a new ban put in place. So far idk if that would prohibit me from visiting my in laws ranch out there and bringing my CZ Bren 2 with me to help them with their calving season next year - I’d be buying a fur bearers license just fyi. I’ve owned this rifle for several years (does that even matter??) Any insight would be severely appreciated.

Question - I am hoping to run the Black Canyon of the Bear (Idaho) in September during their upcoming release. Too difficult for me? Context in description.

For context - hoping to R2 my Aire Cub raft. I understand it’s a class 4 run. I have lots of experience doing class 3 in inflatable kayaks, and some experience doing class 3 in a Dagger Katana. I feel pretty confident in my ability to move up a class - but would appreciate insight. My other paddler has very similar amount of experience as I do.

Considering selling my LLI AETERNUS with an Omni 7 and 8 tube. Curious on fair value. Thanks in advance!

One tube is an Omni 8 and the other is a 7.

Desolation Canyon Rapids

Just a few highlights of what the bigger rapids look like at lower flows. From this last week. Disclaimer - I am a total amateur but not inexperienced.

Took my old Danny D for a trip so he could see the only part of my state that isn’t on fire.

And the doggies.

Took my main squeeze rifle to some high mountain lakes on a backpacking trip.

She’s painted so it’s hard to get good photos

Backpacking trip with the homies. Decided to do the entire hike in under NV. (Sorry the photos blow chunks).

My two buddies are noobs but they did a great job. Had a couple of rock scrambles that were awful to navigate with NVG’s on but it was a riot. Highly recommend such a trip just to say you did. Though tbh the trip was insane since I was constantly vomiting either due to food poisoning or altitude sickness and my other buddies hammock ripped in half at 1:30am and spent the rest of the trip sleeping in the dirt.
