Grid vs latex vs hybrid latex what should I buy please recommend

My_qualifications : class 12 passout.

Got really low marks in physics 53/100 in cbse class 12 this year. Should I give improvement exam or not. Will low marks affect my application while applying for masters abroad.

If I were to start preparing for masters abroad for MS in Electrical. I should focus on my cgpa, research papers, projects, sports. Is there anything other than these on which I should focus, if yes please tell. Also in what order should I give priority to them.

I got 600 rank in ipu cet, I am getting bca in msi , mait, vips and every other college affiliated with ipu. Meanwhile I am getting b.tech from jss in EE, EEE, ME, CE. Which should I opt for
