Building a backyard motorcycle shed — HELP!!

I’m planning on building a backyard shed specifically for storing my motorcycle and possibly some gear/tools. I’m trying to figure out how “nice” I actually need to make the environment for the bike.

I’m in a hot/humid climate (Texas), so my biggest concern is humidity and condensation causing corrosion over time.
My idea is something around a 12x16 shed. I’m debating whether I should go all the way with insulation + mini split AC/dehumidification, or if that’s overkill and the bike would be perfectly happy in a normal well-built shed. Money is a slight virtue 😅

For those of you who store motorcycles in sheds/garages:
Is a normal insulated/weatherproof shed enough?
How important is keeping humidity under control?
Would you recommend a mini split, dehumidifier, ventilation, or some combination?
Is it better to keep the shed temperature relatively stable, or is temperature itself not really a concern?
What humidity % should I aim for?
Are there any problems with bringing a hot/wet bike into an enclosed shed?
What type of flooring would you recommend?
Would you cover the bike inside the shed, or let it breathe?
Anything you wish you had done differently when building your motorcycle storage?

I’m not necessarily trying to build a full-blown climate-controlled garage if I don’t need to. I’d rather spend the money where it actually matters for protecting the bike.
I’d appreciate advice from anyone who’s been storing a motorcycle in a shed long-term, especially in a hot/humid climate.
Picture for attention!
Thank you in advance!!

Is there a thing as in to much nails?

I KNOW NOTHING about carpentry!

My question is, is there there a limit to nails connecting one piece of wood to another? Is there a point where there is too much nails?? In my head wouldn’t the more nails be better because there is more holding the wood to the other wood??
Is there a standard number you follow?
I know it’s a stupid/simple questions but it bugs me as I see this David guy on TikTok do ALOT of nails to one piece of wood to hold it there and wanted to know is this good practice as the more the better or should there be a certain number???

Grandmother needs help putting house in my name

Hey guys I’m 20M I’m my grandmothers only grandson and she doesn’t know how to put the house into my hands after she passes and isn’t good with technology either. I didn’t know where to start so I came here…

She said she has 2-5 more years until it’s paid off; the house is worth around $450k now. She told me when she is gone she would like for me to have it. What’s the best way to go about this situation I know taxes and government stuff has to be involved right? Any guidance or advice would be helpful thank you in advance

Edit: I’m in Texas
