Umm hi idk wtf I'm doing honestly

I'm East Asian, 5'10/178cm tall, in decent shape. Not particularly good looking or anything. I'd like to think that I'm funny (or at least I try pretty hard to be). My desktop keeps creating ghost duplicates of files. As seen in the image, this only happens on the desktop. If I open desktop from file explorer, everything seems to be normal. The weird thing about these ghost duplicates is that everything that happens to one file will happen to the other. If I delete one file, the other duplicate file will also be deleted. If I add a file to a folder, the other duplicate folder will also have that file. Any suggestions?
