I am looking at a 2020 fusion hybrid with 150k km (~90k miles) on it south west Ontario. Vehicle service history is available - regular brakes and oil maintenance but no evidence of fluid changes.
Considering the age and mileage, what should I be watching out for? Should I plan for getting any significant maintenance after getting the car?
There’s a slow water drop from this release valve on my water heater. The drip is low, and fills the 1/2 gallon catcher below every 2 weeks or so. Any ideas what might be going on and how to address it?
I have a Napoleon rebel 425 (same as rogue400 series). Grill is 3 year old. The flame is getting barely an inch tall and two of the burners don’t light up on first attempt. I got my tank refilled and did the disconnect/ connect routine for regulator reset. Also opened and cleaned the burner tubes for any debris and ash.
Nothing has worked. The grill hardly reaches 250 degrees.
Napoleon customer support has been a drab. No call pickup, no reply to emails or chats on multiple attempts.
Any tips on how to deal with this?

There’s a parking exemption at Beachway for Burlington residents. After registering online, do we also need to display the approval? How do the parking officers know if a vehicle has an exemption?

The last time I was in jakarta was probably 10 years ago, for work. I mostly explored around thamrin city. I hear that a lot has changed in the last decade.
