My first ever stop motion, as a gif. Made for my boyfriend as a gift for our anniversary! I feel like I learned so much, and can't wait to work on another/longer project. This took me 17 hours total (creating the puppet, set, shooting and minimal editing).

I had so much fun with this and really loved the process. Would be so fun to offer something like this (gif-length project) as commissionable for folks to use for marketing or to see their OC or something etc if I ever got to a more refined point with practice. What a dream that would be!!

I really want to experiment with a different medium for the puppet next time. This one was made from Plastalina. What's your favorite way to make puppets??

I feel like none of these reflect my issue. I ordered two items from the seller and only had one delivered in the package. The seller has not been responsive throughout my purchase transaction. They took 4 days to ship and when I asked about it, they never answered and suddenly my item shipped. Now it arrived and I want to keep my item. But I would also like to receive the second one or a partial refund 😅😅 Never encountered this before on mercari.

I’ve had a Canon Rebel T3 since around the time it came out, and have always enjoyed portrait photography just for fun. With life happening over the years I haven’t spent much time with my camera, mostly just to photograph my animals over the years. I want to get back into the hobby and was considering an upgrade at some point, probably not now but maybe sometimes in the future. I was wondering if anyone had a good recommendation of what you’re enjoying shooting on. Thanks!

i accidentally waited too long to water my orchid. it dried out a good bit. i watered it this morning when i realized and this is now it a few hours later.

the roots inside the pot seem to be plump again? but the air roots are dried and some are cracking. the leaves are sagging. the flowers are dropping. i lost some flowers too. there was one completely soggy yellow leaf that fell off.

basically now i just want to do what is needed to help it come back.. my other, non flowered orchid looks good, roots are plump and leaves are plump. did this one dry out faster and more severe because of the air roots?

what should i do maintenance wise to help this one come back from this? is it going to be okay with some maintenance?
