Does anyone know if I can connect LG s70str soundbar and a moto motion sofa to my older
LG OLED65C8AUA tv? I have the soundbar working, but I can't get any sound or vibration from the sofa.
I've been using Al to tell me how to connect them and nothing has worked. I tried using an optical cable from the sofa to the optical port on the back of the tv but no sound from the sofa. It has told me to try several pieces of equipment from tech digital optical audio 1x3 splitter JTD-42, Cable Matters 48Gbps HDMI audio extractor with eArc, ezcoo

I read somewhere where this older model will only recognize 1 sound out method and didn't know if this was the issue and if it was if there is a work around for it. I am a total novice with this and any advice I could get would be much appreciated.
