Job prospects

job prospects/expectations

Hi everyone,

I hope someone can give me some advice or a sincere opinion.

I'm Honduran, but I just married my Italian partner, so I will be moving to Bologna next month. I have a law degree from my country, and since I can't practice law, I'll be starting a master's in law at the University of Bologna.

When I finish the master's, I'll be almost forty, and I'm a bit worried about entering the job market so late, considering that the job market in Italy isn't the best.

I hope to specialize in commercial law or consulting. I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Italian. My background is in the tech sector, and I've worked for a US company for the last six years, but my role has been in operations, not legal.

Realistically, what are my job opportunities, salary expectations, and will it be possible to stay in Bologna?

I don't know where to start looking for all this information, so I would really appreciate any help.

Thank you.

prospettive/aspettative di lavoro

Ciao a tutti,

Parlo fluentemente inglese, spagnolo e italiano.

Grazie.

Pursuing a masters/job prospects in Italy.

everyone,

I was hoping someone could advise me or give me their honest opinions.

I’m from Honduras but I just married my Italian partner, so I’ll be moving to Bologna next month. I have a law degree from my country and since I cannot practice law, I’ll be doing a masters in law from the university of Bologna.

By time I finish my masters, I’ll be in my late 30’s, I’m a bit concerned with entering the job market so late on top of the job market in Italy not being the best.

I hope to specialize in complice or consulting, I speak fluent English, Spanish and Italian. My background is in tech and I’ve been working for an US based company for the last 6 years but my job has been in operations not anything law related.

Realistically what are my job opportunities, salary expectations and will it be possible to stay in Bologna.
I’m not sure where to start looking for all of this information.
