Hi, just like the title says, I’m looking for recommendations for magnesium glycinate for our 4 year old. She hates gummies and chalky vitamins. So a nice flavoured liquid or a powder that mixes. I’m in Canada so if anyone knows ones I can buy here. Thanks!
We are on day 3 of Biphentin cr.
This is her first time on stimulants. She is almost 7 and she masks well at school but is very dysregulated at home. Large meltdowns and rude and bossy to her younger sister.
She does have her doctor appointment in a week, but in the meantime, does anyone have suggestions on how to deal with her afternoon meltdowns? Honestly one of the main reasons to try medication was for her at home behaviour.
I don’t even know if the stimulants have actually helped.

To be honest my granddaughter is not diagnosed with autism, but her big sister is waiting to be diagnosed. It’s possible they both are. I hope it’s ok to ask here.
My 3 year old , almost 4 year old granddaughter stopped sleeping about 6 months ago. She wakes up multiple times a night, screaming and hitting and can’t be soothed. Each waking tantrum can last anywhere from 10 minutes to 2-3 hours.
We have tried short naps, long naps, no naps, early bedtime, late bedtime, playing outside before bed, baths, routines… everything.
We have tried giving her magnesium glycinate and a product called ‘quietude’.
This is disrupting the whole house hold and of course we are all exhausted. Has anyone else experienced this and found anything that helps?
