hello ! I’m currently on a weight loss journey- started it back in March but got serious about it in April. I got proposed to at 194 lbs in January and am currently 153 lbs so you could say its going well. 5’7 for reference. I’m aiming to be 130 by weighing and tracking food and working out.

I went wedding dress shopping back in June and had a couple of dresses I liked but ultimately said yes to the image attached. They took my measurements and apparently the BWH (Bust Waist Hip) was 37, 25, 29.

I apparently was between 10 and 12 and insisted I would lose the weight so they wrote it down for 10, making me sign confirmations saying I understood I was between sizes at that current time. Dress is set to arrive November. I’m a very scientific person and have treated the weight loss journey as such. Based on my calculations I will reach 130 lbs by October.

I was around 165 when they took those so since I’m 155 I wanted to measure myself and see if I had lost anything on my measurements - and I’m currently measuring BWH 36, 31, 37. These are estimated areas based on where I saw them measure but I understand they do it in a specific way.

My question to you is whether I should be stressed or not. I don’t think I can call the bridal place 2 months later and ask for them to go up in size- specially as I made a custom alteration to the top of the dress so I’m assuming its well underway in terms of the dress being made bu the designer.

Am I right to panic over this or do I just continue the weight loss journey and pray for the best?
