Experience with this agency?

Hey everyone, I’m moving to the Netherlands for university in August and, like everyone else, I’m looking for housing. I just got invited to a viewing of a room I applied for but it’s at very short notice (tomorrow), so I can’t make it there in person. However, there’s also a video tour of the building/room that I can watch.

They’re already asking for me to send all my documents including a copy of my passport once I’ve done the viewing if I’m interested. Should I be sending them my full ID/passport so early? Especially if I’m just doing the viewing by video?

Plus, I did a quick search of the agency online and couldn’t really find much. It’s called “Ultimate Housing B.V.” - I added a picture. I found the listing on Pararius and it looked pretty legit though, not like one of those Facebook scams.

Anyone heard of/have experience with this agency? Is it okay for me to send all my documents before agreeing on anything, especially since I’m not visiting the place in person?

Let me know if I’m overly paranoid or overthinking this lol. Thanks!

Worth it to live in Tilburg?

Hi everyone, I’m an international student from Finland and I’ll be starting my studies at TU/e in September⭐️ Like everyone else, I’m looking for a place to stay.

I’d of course prefer a room/apartment in Eindhoven within a close distance to the university, but I’ve widened my search to other nearby cities, too.

I’ve now gotten the opportunity to rent out a decent apartment in Tilburg within my budget.

The train ride itself isn’t too long, but I know the one-way train ticket from Tilburg to Eindhoven is around 9.60€, which will probably add up quickly if I’m traveling back and forth a lot during the day/week/month. If I understood correctly, international students also don’t really get the free/discounted travel rates unless I’m working a certain amount of hours per month.

Just wondering if anyone here has lived in Tilburg before and traveled between there and Eindhoven a lot for uni? Will I miss out on any student life in Eindhoven when living further away? Is it worth it or should I rather keep looking for something in Eindhoven? Thanks!
