Woke up this morning with lots of itchy bites and this on my window ledge not sure if its a bedbug or if the two things are unrelated and I've been bitten by some other critter (sorry if this is offensive to the bugs I love them just not the bites)
anyone have any idea what was being filmed on new rd today? saw them a couple of times while nipping around town and was curious
I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom in Brighton with my partner and one of our friends. On the council website a HMO license is required if three people from more than one household live together. However there are 2 types of HMO license listed on the website, as we are 3 people am I right in thinking we fall under the additional license and therefore only certain types of 2 beds housing 3 people would need HMO license. So if we looked exclusively at places with only one storey we wouldn't have to worry about this.

I'm awful with IDing Crows vs Rooks vs Ravens, this seems very large for a common crow though but unsure on the ID of it myself and wouldn't be surprised if it's just a Crow. In England
