Nausea tips

I have actually the worst migraine and I took my Triptan in the night and after half an hour I got so sick I had to vomit and the nausea isn’t gone since then. I have no idea if it’s the medicine, the migraine itself or something I ate. I’m also currently on my period, so I’m just dying here. I’m sorry, I can’t search through the sub rn, any tips how I can keep the nausea at bay would be highly appreciated.
