what does the goetia mean by “make a man go invisible”?
i’ve heard this passage multiple times, commonly under the offices of various demons. i understand that this is likely not to be taken literally, but what else could it refer to? moving in stealth? drawing attention away from oneself — or is it to be interpreted differently depending on the individual, as many symbolic rites are? practically, what could this mean?
