Second “headache” that has been the worst pain ever.

I didn’t know what a cluster headache was until today. Last week I got a pain in the left base of my head, or slowly started going to the left side of my head and then down my face. The pain was almost immediate behind my eye, nothing helped. I noticed I started tearing and nose running from that side only. I was rocking myself crying nearly screaming and NOTHING helped. It went away about 2 hours later on its own. Today the same happened but I drove myself to the ER where they suspected it’s a cluster headache and to see a neurologist immediately. I’m terrified of another attack happening before I can see a neurologist, this pain has me absolutely insane and unable to do anything to get rid of the pain.

Spouse (stbx) indicted on child gr00ming and online s0licitation of a minor

It would be obvious that I won’t want my children around him, ESPECIALLY alone.
I was advised by several lawyers** that it would be unlikely for a judge not to give him visitation, and if they give him supervised visits it’ll be for a short period of time. Currently we are still legally married but separated, and it’s because I’m terrified to leave the fate of my children in a judges hand.
Spouse argues he never hurt our own kids, never threatened us, nothing. I was even denied any sort of protective order.
I’m TERRIFIED that he will have visitation. There are other people like him in his family. I don’t want to be legally obligated to leave my kids alone with him or them. I feel stuck and trapped. Unfortunately I have seen men get visitation with kids even being a registered SO. I don’t understand.

Where in the RGV is there an Indian restaurant that actually cooks the CHICKEN for butter chicken in a TANDOORI OVEN and not just cooked on a pan? Please help. I’ve called around too.
