My San Francisco (Russian Hill) 1BR for your NYC (Manhattan)

Hi! I am in the process of moving to NYC, but looking for a short term spot while I get settled and look for something permanent. My ideal situation would be a swap for a few months+ if the place was right, but really open to anything over 3 weeks. Target neighborhoods: Lower Manhattan (West Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Flatiron, SoHo, Nomad, Gramercy, LES, etc.) and UES.. open to UWS, Midtown, East Village & Williamsburg.

My apartment:

Location is unbeatable in Russian Hill, SF two blocks from the beach and with three amazing parks within a few block radius. Walking distance to the Marina, Financial District, North Beach, etc. Plenty of street parking (can help you get a short term parking permit if needed) and never have an issue finding a spot. Being on this side of town also affords easy access to a few of the best run locations for runs along the bay/beach and to all of the hikes/nature in Marin just over the Golden Gate Bridge.

The apartment is an Edwardian 1BR on the top floor of a walk up (no elevator). Well decorated, open space plan with tons of natural light, views of Russian hill/park, and could clear out a full walk-in closet for you to use during your stay. Full work from home set up with dual monitors and connections for Windows or Mac. Washer dryer in the building. It is such a great spot, I have a list of friends hounding me to take it when I move.

I have had such great experiences swapping over the past year, and would love to chat if you have any interest!

What is the most underrated off-the-beaten path destination you’ve been to within Europe or an 11 hour flight from Spain

Context: 35yo single F traveling alone and have 10 days off late June/early July. I am based in Barcelona for a month but want to get away from big tourism, go somewhere unusual, and safe for a solo American woman. I am limited this month on strenuous hikes/surfing/activity after a recent minor procedure but non-intense hikes etc are great. I like house music and spiritual stuff if it’s on the table (but also love big cities).. places with other mid 30s singles/solo travelers is a plus. For budget lower cost always preferred when traveling alone (I’m low maintenance), but will definitely splurge when it’s worth it. Some ideas I had that I hadn’t been to (not all off the beaten path) are Tbilisi, Northern Ibiza, Biarritz & surrounding, Annecy/Alps, Athens, Copenhagen, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan.. any countries/cities you’d recommend or that really surprised you?

24H Coworking Spot where there are still people working late at night?

Hi! I'll be back in Barcelona for a month working remote on Pacific Time. I focus so much better having other working people around (ADHDer here), and would love to find a coworking space where there are other international people who also will be working unusual hours. For reference, I will be working til 2AM M-F. Does anyone have any reccs here?

I'd also be opening to a coliving/coworking community but found the last one I was in skewed mostly students and the coworking space kicked everyone out at 17:00.
