The door is rotted gone bad what all materials are needed to replace my door, trim and the jam

Door pre hung comes with Jam ? - but the exterior board or trim by the jam looks rotting also, also the interior trim will need to replace I guess just we will remove it all and inspect it but wanted to see what I need to help the process

But I finally realized I can print my own stickers on my Epson eco tank machine but still need to learn the method to cut.
I've just been designing a page sheet - printing - hand cutting each design
Not sure what machine to buy or what method to, and then I guess vectorize a cut file ?
