I’ve been trying to have this fixed for over a month. The package got transferred from UPS to USPS and then delayed for a postage assessment. Mercari is not helpful at all in finding a solution, and says they won’t cover me but will cover the buyer. Even though on the shipping page it says they will cover me up to $200.

I was in a football break for the new Topps cosmic boxes. I purchased a few spots in a full case break. I finally got the cards in the mail and only received 1/4 of the cards pulled during the break. I spent a lot of time gathering evidence, going back through the video receipts and having to pause to take screen shots. Not easy when the guy running the break moves so fast and doesn’t call cards out.Has anyone else come across this issue? Whatnot is not being as helpful as I thought they would.
