Remote Viewing Assistant (RVA) -- new app

I wanted to let anyone interested know that my app, the Remote Viewing Assistant, is ready and available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

I also wanted to thank this Reddit community for the support I've gotten in the way of private messages and replies to my discussion of the app-in-progress these last few months. You all have really given me a strong motivation to finish it.

Android -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=psionics.remote_viewers_assistant

Apple -- https://apps.apple.com/us/app/remote-viewing-assistant/id6770591514

The app is not a "choose which picture you think it is and get a point" kind of app. It is an app oriented toward real improvement in remote viewing skill with an emphasis on increasing detail accuracy over time.

* Each target is tagged with criteria that aid in the analysis of what kind of targets the user has difficulty with (or ease).

* Shapes your practice experience with three levels of difficulty -- based on subject type, clutter, and emotional content.

* All impressions and sketches you make are always accessible and the format of the session history makes side-by-side comparison easy.

* Use your devices camera or sketch on the device screen -- you choose!

* Data is backed up on the cloud to sync all your devices to the same session data

* Statistical graphs on performance help with analysis of weak areas of practice or method

If anyone has any questions, PM me -- I'd love to hear from you.

AppStoreConnect: Subscription issue -- can't link

I've had two tickets to Apple which are nonresponsive so I hope you guys can help me out.
This is my first app -- hooking up subscriptions through RevenueCat through Android was a breeze. Through Apple it's been a nightmare.

My build was rejected because my subscriptions (through RevenueCat) were not visible in my app, which I thought meant that the app had to be approved before they appeared. I'm trying to revise the version, but am having issues.

I cannot replace the build, cannot create a new version (I can rename the version, from 1.0 to 1.0.1, but that doesn't seem to do anything), cannot attach a subscription to the version. The subscriptions, under "Localization" toggle (when I change the description text) from "Rejected" to "Prepare for Submission" then 12 hours later they change back to rejected.

All the forum posts and AIs say go to the "IAP and Subscription" section of the version, but that is not there. I have read that it can disappear if one of your settings, metadata, or other paperwork is not filled out correctly, but as far as I can tell, everything is in order. There are no other banners or warnings in place.

There is a banner on my subscription page that says:
"Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app’s In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review." I knew this already, but seeing as how they've hidden the section and there is nothing to say why they've hidden it, I'm at a loss.

Like I said, Apple support is unresponsive, so I'm not sure what to do. Any pointers or advice would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Got a survey: "Help us improve Google Play"

<dev rant> I received this survey in my email and was enthusiastic about unloading some rage I've had about the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, if you mention you also publish on Apple App Store, they ask you 10,000 questions about how satisfied you are about the App Store and developing for Apple and nothing about Google Play.
After several tries, I opened an incognito window and re-completed the survey, without mentioning I use App Store, and they did ask questions about your experience developing for Android and Google Play.
It's a tragedy that we are chained to Google Play for the time being -- searching for my app (by exact name) you can't even find it. Yes, I know there are 3rd party apps, but not a significant percentage of android users use them.

My remote viewing app (Remote Viewer's Assistant is finally ready. I'm running a closed beta test, but am having trouble getting Android-user testers. If anyone would like to help (and uses an Android phone or tablet), please PM with your email address. Tell me if you've taken any classes and how long and how often you've been practicing. I need people who truly want to practice more and are interested in the possibility of using a mobile app to do it.
Functions of the app:

  • Present the user with a random target from a pool of curated photos
  • Record session details and sketches, providing an easily accessible history of session data
  • Transcribe spoken notes during sessions for convenient impression recording
  • Synchronize session data between personal devices and a centralized cloud database
  • Provide statistics and trend analysis on session accuracy

If you have any general questions about the app, you can ask them here, but if you'd like a beta spot, please pm me. Thanks!

I'm looking for people to test (android closed beta test) a new app to assist in remote viewing practice (app name: Remote Viewer's Assistant).
The app selects a random photo "target", the user makes psychic predictions about the target, and the results are stored for analytics and statistical presentation.
I need some people who might be interested to download and install it and just play around with it every few days. Don't post your email address here-- DM it to me and I'll add you to the list and send you a link.
Any legitimate questions -- I'd be happy to answer them. Mocking will be ignored, I've heard all the jokes already. Thanks for your time.
Background on remote viewing:
Remote viewing was established by a group of military officers, civilian scientists, and psychics in the 1970s for the purpose of psychic espionage. No, I am not making this up. This actually happened. The last known project name was called Project Stargate (look it up). The program ran for over 20 years until the media found out about it and the government shut it down.
When it was declassified, the people involved started teaching the protocols to private citizens. Practicing the techniques is difficult, as it usually involves other people to help you practice, but my app allows one to practice the drills solo.
