I stalked him after 6 months…

I’d been on a pretty good streak—5 or 6 months out of the 7 I’ve been in no-contact—without looking at any of his social media at all. But today, for some reason, I just had an impulse. Since I also have OCD, I got stuck in a loop of compulsively opening and closing Instagram to make sure I hadn't accidentally followed him. Luckily, his account is private so I couldn't see anything, and he still has the same profile picture, so I couldn't feed the rumination; still, I feel pretty disappointed in myself. Does anyone have experience with minor relapses like this?

How is the performance in PC rn?

I was playing it when it first came out and had to uninstall it because I had everything on minimum and it wouldn't even run at a stable 30 fps. Has the performance improved over time?

Vent about the “avoidant psychological post”

After my avoidant ex rejected me, I started seeing tons of videos and posts about "a healthy relationship with an avoidant" or "stay with your avoidant," and it really gets on my nerves that all the videos are about "you have to be kind and affectionate and put up with all the snubs your partner gives you and that they can disappear for months without saying a single word, because if you're affectionate and open and give them their space they'll come back to you." Why is there this general consensus that anxious and secure people have to carry all the emotional burden in the relationship?

Help while stopping sertraline

I'm 22 years old and have been taking 50mg of sertraline (increased to 100mg in 2020) since I was 15. I've been back on 50mg since 2022 and have been trying to wean myself off it since the beginning of the month. I'm currently taking 35mg, and I've been on a lower dose for a week and a half. I'm feeling quite unstable, with mood swings and increasing anxiety. Is it normal to experience these things when weaning off sertraline? And how can I better manage these effects?
