I’ve been growing these over a year now. I’ve mostly neglected them but have noticed the growth has slowed a bit. Should I separate into their own 2 inch pots or leave them be?

Top dressing
Where do you get your top dressing for potted plants?
I like using natural looking stuff and mostly use decomposed granite since it’s super cheap. But I’ve seen different colors and textures that some growers use and am not sure if they are purchased somewhere or just collected from their natural environments.
Would be cool to see where everyone gets theirs.

Identity for this volunteer
I’ve had this volunteer growing in one of my native plant/cactus gardens and have not been able to properly ID it.
Anyone have an idea before I just yank it out?

Ants or termites on my cactus
There’s definitely ants on my lw but what are these winged insects? Could they be termites or just ants.

What happened to maryosucculents
Was gonna from ps for a while and saw some sellers were banned.
I found out about some others but wondering why these guys were banned. Seemed to have a great following.
