Can this she’d be moved?

Back of shed is 6.5 feet in neighbors’ property. We’re both recent owners of our properties (within last 5-6 years) and the shed was built back in the early 90’s. I don’t think I legally have to move it, but would like to be neighborly and allow for more standard fence installation. Is it possible to shift over easily? Or is the only way a tear down?

1960 house - ridge vent but no soffit vents anywhere

Trying to figure out why a house I bought would have a ridge vent but no intake vents anywhere. Looking at city maps looks like roof was replaced in 2012. Is it possible the house was built in 1960 with no vents. Then due to code the 2012 roof installers cut a ridge vent but didn’t feel like adding soffit vents? Someone remodeled it and put aluminum soffit (pictured), with holes for ventilation, but there’s solid wood soffits behind them. It’s a hipped roof - does that mean I get to remove the “for show” aluminum soffit, cut 3” holes between each rafter tail, install baffles, then replace the soffit?

Purchased 1960 house. Ridge vent but no gable/soffit venting.

How to fix negative grading?

Do I just add fill dirt up against the brick veneer and slope away from house? Obviously I need to pipe that gutter down the side and out the front yard. This is a problem wall in the basement of new home - I suspect major issue is there was 2ft of leaves piled up here and gutter dumps into area.

Is there a handyman special fix for this…or I need to replace that entire stringer?
